Is your invoice described correctly?

Senior care services are VAT-exempt regardless of the 200,000 zł threshold — but only when you invoice the family. An invoice to a German agency follows entirely different rules. I prepared the template in both variants, marking the spots the tax office checks first.

Who I am

My name is Paweł Woś. I run the books myself — no call center, no hold music. I answer the phone personally, and if I miss a call, I call back the same day. I work mostly with care workers in Germany, because this line of work makes costly mistakes easy: the VAT exemption has to be described correctly on the invoice, and agency settlements are an import of services few people warn care workers about.

Declarations and contribution deadlines. I remind you before the deadline, not after.

A German agency’s commission is an import of services: VAT-UE registration, VAT-9M, JPK. I handle it for you.

Annual PIT

I prepare and file the annual return. You only confirm.

Common questions

I am not good with computers. Will I manage?

Yes. Nothing to install, nothing to learn. Photograph the document with your phone and send it by e-mail — I do the rest. And if something does not work, we go through it together over the phone.

I spend most of the year in Germany.

Everything is remote: phone and e-mail. No need to travel with a folder of documents or sign anything in person.

I already have an accountant.

I take over the handover: collecting documents, contacting the previous office, the first monthly close. For you it is one phone call.

Is the first month really free?

Yes. If after a month you decide it is not for you — we part ways at no cost and your documents come back to you.

Your paperwork does not have to travel to Germany with you.
